White Salon Stool w/ Nylon Composite Base

Received the stool in an outstanding time. My husband assembled it with no problems! 3 weeks of use and the hydraulic cylinder went out. No problem...these things happen. Went online found a superior cylinder and ordered. When it arrived I tried taking the old cylinder out to replace and the stupid seat would not come off! Went to manufacturer's web site, wrote them and got an immediate response on how to remove it. I'm giving it 3 stars because when it did function it was comfortable and Comfortstools were very helpful but this shouldn't have happened.

The chair came in a reasonable time. The quality is nice as far as the seat is concerned and it goes up and down perfectly. The wheels however do not roll well and that is very disappointing. The wheels were already installed on the base when it came which made it incredible easy to put together, but I would have traded the ease of assembly for rolling wheels that don't stick.

I was surprised how fast this stool came in. Came almost fully assembled - just had to put the top on which took 20 seconds. It is comfortable and rolls well. Excellent for the cost!

I have recommended this to other practitioners. One person paid twice this amount for a lesser quality stool.

This stool, I was a bit concerned as it is made in China and when putting it together, it did not seem to have as many "safe" type of connectors like enough screws for the padded top to connect to the steel frame, then, the pneumatic pole inserts to the stainless steel pole but does not "lock" as I would expect. However, there have been zero issues with this and so my concerns perhaps were not warranted.

In the end, it is for my daughter's room and it is great.Easily adjusts to my height at 6'1" or hers which is 4'11" and growing. I am a big guy and the stool felt very secure and comfortable.

I bought this stool to replace an aging desk chair I was sitting in for 12+ hours a day while working online. Easy to assemble, quality parts and variable height. Sitting on a rolling stool so far seems superior to sitting in a desk chair. You are forced to sit in an active, balanced state which results in more alertness, core strength, and more calorie burn. I no longer end up slouched in a semi-horizontal state by the end of the day.

Didn't hold up as well as I'd hoped. My last chair had the nylon base, it lasted about 2 years before the holes the wheels are inserted into started breaking. This one has the metal base and after 3 months one of the 'holes', which is welded on has broken off. Guess I'll be looking for someplace to have it welded back on, and reinforce the rest.

The wheels that were sent do not match the picture. What I received were grey in the center and outside were black. It doesn't match the chair. That's my only disappointment so far.

Their shipping department and attitude in general leaves a lot to be desired. Parts of this chair are quite heavy. There is a "cheap" plastic part that was just thrown into the box without any cushioning or protection whatsoever and consequently, got cracked in shipping. I'm disabled and after my husband assembled it, I decided to keep the chair only because it fits into a small space and I had great difficulty locating a chair to meet my needs. I immediately notified the seller of the damaged part and my intent to keep the chair, but please send me this replacement part. They replied requesting me to send them a photograph of the damaged part. I clearly described the part to them in the email. IF they had the slightest familiarity with their product they would immediately know which part I had described. Again, this part isn't worth more than 50 cents! They should have sent it me with no questions asked. They still have not replied to my other email. Their note on the invoice speaks volumes as if to suggest there have been other customers who have been disatisfied. Count me among them.
