Description
This drafting chair, while modern and stylish, is designed for maximum comfort. This chair has a complete range of motion. It swivels in a complete 360 degree circle, and it is equipped with a pneumatic gas lift, so you can raise and lower the chair with a simple pull of a lever. The back can be adjusted front-to-back for maximum comfort, and the back rest is also mounted on a pivot bar so that it conforms to your posture when you sit. The chair is mounted on a "5 star" set of rolling casters and has comfortable arm rests. The heavy-duty double wheels are extra sturdy, and hooded for your safety. Each drafting chair is equipped with rubber casters to glide smoothly across any hard floor surface including wood and wood laminate.

Works, awkwardly comfy
You really have to sit far back into the seat to make it comfy. If you don't, you won't get the lumbar support at the right spot. But I guess this makes you sit right : Put together just fine following the instructions.

An Ok Chair
We bought this chair because my chair broke. I like this chair but not love this chair. I like to cross my legs while sitting sometimes but I can't fit comfortably on this chair while crossing my legs. The chair itself is built sturdy and is comfortable. We like the mesh back and the seat itself is soft.

More than pleased
I love this chair. Fits me and the small space I needed it for. Cushions are thick, chair is sturdy and solid. Arrived well before promised. I am purchasing another one.

Not 100% idiot-proof, but v. comfortable!
I just finished assembling this, so I cannot comment on long-term usage yet. I'm sitting on it right now though, and it feels extremely comfortable - the seat and back are really well-padded and solid, not like the flimsy (but admittedly lighter to carry/move) IKEA unit I had before (which broke).

Good buy
Love everything about this chair. True my neighbor put it together for me (in like 10 minutes). Very comfortable, very adjustable, perfect really for an artist who needs support & mobility at a high drafting table.

Perfect for our conference room!
Needed some chairs for a high conference table. We searched the internet and local stores and landed on this model based on description as well as pricing. Easy to assemble and adjust. Two concerns - seat could be larger for larger people and there is no adjustment for the amount of tension holding the back in place. Might be perfect as a drafting stool but has drawbacks as choice for a long meeting around a conference table.

Great Chair
I've had this for a few months and am pleased with the purchase. Assembly was straight forward and construction is solid. No tools are supplied, but only a large Phillips screw driver is required. Rollers work acceptably on an older shag carpet in the attic work area and the chair maintains stability when scooting along while seated. Chair padding is, perhaps, a bit too firm. There is no tilt on the chair and only a limited range of back pad adjustment. Height adjustment is a standard pneumatic lever operated device.
