Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
Comfortstools.com is tested and certified daily to pass all McAfee SECURE tests which help protect you from identity theft, viruses, spywares and other online threats. We are also a proud member of Better Business Bureau (BBB) accredited business. You can click on the BBB or McAfee seals located at the top of our website to check for legitimacy of our business practice.

Will my personal information be at risk?
Comfortstools.com does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies except to provide services that you have requested, when we have your permission.

What method of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Google Checkout, or any forms of payment with PayPal.

Why is your price so much cheaper than others?
We purchase all products factory direct and we have a team of quality control staffs that visit each factory to make sure all products will not lack in quality. We then pass on the savings to our customer.

I have received damaged items from online orders, and how well is the packaging?
All our products are packaged for online shipping only. We take extra care to ensure each package arrive to our customer is exactly as describe. If there is any problem, you can always contact us to resolve it. We stand 100% behind our products and we will make sure our customer is 100% satisfied with their purchase.

How much is shipping?
We do not charge shipping to anywhere in the lower 48 continental US States with UPS Ground Service.

Why did my order fail during the order process?
There are several reasons your order failed; in most case, the credit card info you've entered was incorrect.

  1. Please enter the name as it appears exactly on the credit card (middle initial).
  2. The billing address of the credit card is the address your credit card statement is sent to monthly.
  3. Expiration date.
  4. CCV which is the last 3-digit security code on the back of your Visa, MC, and Discover. If it's an American Express card, it is the 4-digit on the front of your credit card.

As a regular customer, why do I have to enter my credit card information every time I place an order?
We apologize for this inconvenience but we DO NOT store your credit card information in our database. You must enter your credit card information every time you place an order.

Do you take orders over the phone?
Sorry, we do not take orders over the phone at this time.

Do you also ship to HI, AK, or PR.
Sorry, we only ship to the lower 48 US States at this time.

Do you ship internationally?
We also ship to Canada. We do not offer free shipping to Canada, there is also additional import and custom duty fees in addition to regular shipping charges.

Placing Your First Order

Finding Items
You can search for items using either the top tabs or the left side category links. As you click into these links, you should have the option to narrow down your selection again by using the links on the left side. A keyword search box is located in the top left corner on every page of our store.

Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart
When you are ready to purchase an item, you may select an option in the pull down box next to the product. Then click the "Add To Shopping Cart" button. Each time you add an item to your shopping cart, you will be able to view all the items in your cart. After viewing the items in your shopping cart you may complete your order by starting the checking out process or you may contintue to shop by using any of the top tabs. While you are shopping you can access your shopping cart anytime by clicking on the link that says 'Shopping Cart' at the top right of any page.

Proceed to Checkout
Once all the items you want to buy are in your Shopping Cart, you can click the button, 'Proceed to Checkout'. Here is where you will enter your billing and shipping information. Our Checkout process is simple, fast and no sign up necessary.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times can vary for each product based on the delivery location and the size of the product. You can view estimated delivery dates for individual products by using the "Check Arrival Date & Shipping Cost" calculator on the product page. This is especially useful if your order is time sensitive. By calculating an estimated delivery date, you can easily determine what shipping method will best ensure your package gets to the desired location in time. Due to the size of some products, ground shipping may be the only shipping method available.

How is my total delivery time determined?
The total delivery time for your order is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time you receive it. The diagram below shows how the Total Delivery Time is broken down into pre-ship processing time and shipping time.

Pre-Ship Processing Time is the time it takes from when you submit your order to when the product leaves the warehouse. This time is needed for products that are shipped to you directly from our manufacturers. The manufacturers need this time to fulfill your order and in some cases, custom build the product.

Shipping time is measured from when your order leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your home or office.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

I want to return my order

At Comfortstools.com, returns are easy! You may return your order within 30 days of delivery.

Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Inside the box, please include your contact information, the order number, and the reason for the return. Also note what you would like done (refund, exchange, etc.). On the outside of the box, write the RMA number and the appropriate return address; both of which will be provided to you upon contacting us. Please ensure that the package is fully sealed before shipping. We ask that the item be shipped either UPS or Insured Parcel Post. Using one of these methods will allow the package to be traced and the credit to process much quicker.

We will credit you for the total purchase price upon receipt of your return. Products returned under this policy are eligible for a refund of the original method of payment. If you are returning a product that was originally purchased with a gift certificate or as a gift, you will receive an in-store credit as your refund.
